Creating some autumn leaves for a demo in-between my day job and appointments...

Sept 13: Crinkled old book pages and colored with distress inks... then let dry

Sept 14: Cut leaves using Sizzix Tattered Leaves die

and more leaves...

Sept 15: Applied beeswax to the die cut leaves - curling the edges slightly to replicate real leaves. They are really hard to photograph so you can see the detail. *sigh*

Finished the altered book spread - added a quote (stamped on cream paper) and chipboard words "Take the road less traveled". Pitt pen accenting.
