Day 19 - Art Project 2012

More on the Doodles Unleashed spread. I've been making "marks" and have found trying to doodle with pens on top of oil pastels is quite a challenge! I don't think I'll use them again as an underneath layer in a journal. 

My Tombo markers seems to work a bit (wiping them off immediately) and I have destroyed a white Sharpie paint pen in the process of playing. 

We'll see what develops although I'm going to start the second week project for the class now, and come back to this while I'm waiting for things to dry. Maybe...

Still working on the Doodles Unleashed project and I'm not fond of where it's going. "Doodling" with paint brushes is not something I've mastered. But hey, it's just a start. We shall keep on...

Day 17 - Art Project 2012

Trying out the Doodles Unleashed techniques (Strathmore online class taught by Traci Bautista). I've used various objects as stencils, and used the ink from them to print on a second page. This is the start... we'll see how it evolves. :)
