Day 16 - Art Project 2012

More work on the torn paper backgrounds... I added a variety of stamped images in a few colors and some paint marks in white. A bit more to do, and then you'll see what I'm planning to make from them. :)

Day 12 - Art Project 2012

I've added some layers to the torn paper backgrounds - a wash of acrylic paint, scrubbed off and then made marks using punchinella and some of my recycled texturing tools.

Day 11 - Art Project 2012

Torn paper background - the beginning. Two 9 x 12 pieces of medium chipboard covered in torn decorative paper scraps.

Another journal background - layers so far are mixed papers, stamped script, acrylic wash, sequin waste stencil in acrylic.
