Miro Abstract - drawing done with my grand niece, based on the exercise in Drawing Lab by Carla Sonheim. Imagine my delight when she came over with her own book in tow. Pen and colored pencils.

I must decorate an apron for my new job... only requirement is to have my name on it. Here's the "sky" as the beginning of what I've planned. Lumiere paint watered down to give a watercolor effect. :)

Altered Book Pages - tiered pages. I applied gesso to the pages, and used a recycled container with cool roundy things to add the black circles. Then I tore the pages to tier. Fun!
